We hired Sam out for our daughter’s 18th birthday gathering. All I can say is WOW the food was absolutely stunning, the service was outstanding. We had no clearing up to do & was able to enjoy the day without having to worry about hosting for everyone as Sam and his team did it all for us. A top notch professional service which we will defo use again and will recommend to everyone. Thanks so much guys
